If I could eat anything and not have to worry about gaining weight, getting diabetes, or dying of heart disease, I would eat pizza, waffles and cookies all the time. These are the perfect foods...well, at least when it comes to cravings for fat, salt, and sugar.
Fortunately, as I've grown older and wiser (at least I like to
think so), I've learned not to buy foods filled with fat, salt and sugar. Keeping these health bandits out of the house is one way to keep them out of sight and out of mind. This provides some control over the diet. Once you start eating sweet, fatty, salty foods, then the constant cravings kick in to keep you constantly searching for that next satisfying bite.
