My wife and I started the Sunrider Fitness Brigade Training Program together in May of 2014. Our initial commitment was $120 for 6 DVD’s (12 different workouts), and 90 days to complete the designated regimen. We're almost 6 months into it, and I’m ready to report on my experience with this intense, military style workout program.
