So what is plant blood? It's something that plants and humans cannot live without. It is Chlorophyll. We all know how healthy green vegetables are, especially the green leafy ones with their deep, rich colors. Pretty much the credit goes to the chlorophyll they contain. Chlorophyll is the plant pigment responsible for the absorption of light in the process of photosynthesis, which creates energy. Plants couldn’t live without chlorophyll and chlorophyll helps humans too!
Human Benefits of Chlorophyll:
Helps Control Hunger
A study released in September of 2013 found that chlorophyll might help suppress hunger. In one study twenty somewhat overweight women were given test meals ......

Why drink tea, anyway?
Tea is considered a necessity of life in China, and just maybe it should be for you, too. It sure is a daily must for me! (a several-times-a-day must, that is).
It is considered one of the things people cannot do without every day, according to the proverbial ‘seven necessities of daily living’ created by the

Why do we have parties dedicated............

Give up Stresssss
The holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year, but it has the potential to be hard on health.
‘Tis the season to be jolly’ but jolly is not how many of us feel with overspending, cooking, cleaning, endless ‘to do’ lists and Holiday visitors. Remember, Christmas is just one day out of 365 and it isn’t worth stressing over!
Some people call Christmas ‘stressmas’. Christmas is not a Stress Rehearsal! You can overload yourself with inherited traditions but it’s okay not to feel obligated to do all of them every year. The secret is to decide what matters the most.

Usually your immune system does an incredible job of defending you against disease. But sometimes it doesn’t. So is it possible to boost your immune system? Absolutely!
What can you do to boost your immune system?

It’s shocking but the average American may be carrying as much as 10-25 pounds of impacted fecal matter in their colon? That would be someone of normal weight. Unfortunately these toxins wedged in the digestive track are absorbed by the bloodstream which results in your body not being healthy, or having the ability inability to metabolize food properly, or to simply provide you vital energy – as well as frequent discomfort.
Think you’re in the clear? Do any of these sound familiar? Things such as bloating, constipation, gas, fatigue, food cravings, hypoglycemia, allergies, arthritis, difficult weight loss, among many others. It’s important to recognize and......

Here at BestHealthFoodStore.net we believe that when we eat enough of the right nutrients our bodies will resist, reduce and reverse almost any disease. Normally we do not write about specific diseases as we are not doctors, but in this issue we address something that plagues 29 million people in the USA, Type 2 diabetes.
You may not have this disease however it is my guess that someone you know suffers from this very serious imbalance. Diabetes occurs when the pancreas, a gland behind the stomach, does not produce enough of the hormone insulin, or the body can't use insulin properly. Insulin helps carry sugar from the bloodstream into the cells. Once inside the cells, sugar is converted.........
