Many people read ingredient labels before purchasing products for their health and wellness. The problem is that labels don't always reveal all the important facts about the ingredients.
For instance, when an herb is used, is it the leaf, the stem, the root, or, like most companies trying to save money, do they just grind up the whole plant and cram it into a supplement? How do those herbs interact with other ingredients? Will there be unwanted side effects? Are there herbs that might work better, but you're just not familiar with them?
