Processed foods are wreaking havoc on our health!

The first thing you'll need to do is identify what a processed food is.
Let me make it simple. Anything that comes in a package or a box, a baked good, or a fast food is processed.
Processed foods are bad.
They are a major contributor to obesity and illness around the world.
How do we know? Every time a population adopts a Western diet high in processed foods, they get sick. Their genes don't change, their food does.

When you look at an ingredient list that is a mile long, with words you can’t pronounce or don’t recognize, you probably shouldn’t be eating it.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, legumes, and whole grains don’t need an ingredient list. They are whole foods and that’s what Sunrider whole foods are made of.
Sunrider foods are packed with nutrition because they are concentrated. They are healthy and nutritious for children and adults. They contain no chemicals, fillers, artificial flavors, or stabilizers. Quality is a number one concern for Sunrider.

The Sunrider SUNBAR is made with nature’s whole foods and has absolutely no preservatives, colorant, artificial flavors, or texturants! It is filled with nutrients including lots of good fiber. Processed foods are low in fiber.

Highly processed foods often contain:
• Preservatives: Chemicals that prevent the food from rotting.
• Colorants: Chemicals that are used to give the food a specific color.
• Flavor: Chemicals that give the food a particular flavor.
• Texturants: Chemicals that give a particular texture.

For this reason, if you see "artificial flavor" on an ingredients list, it could mean that there are 10 or more additional chemicals that are blended in to give a specific flavor.

When it comes to convenience food Sunrider is the most nutritious!
Processed foods are extremely low in essential nutrients compared to whole, unprocessed foods. In some cases, synthetic vitamins and minerals are added to the foods to compensate for what was lost during processing. However, synthetic nutrients are NOT a good replacement for the nutrients found in whole foods. They are isolated chemicals.
