Why drink tea, anyway?
 
two ladies drinking teaTea is considered a necessity of life in China, and just maybe it should be for you, too. It sure is a daily must for me! (a several-times-a-day must, that is).
It is considered one of the things people cannot do without every day, according to the proverbial ‘seven necessities of daily living’ created by the
Sung people. Ever since 2737 B.C., when Chinese legend says some leaves from an overhanging Camellia sinensis plant fell into Emperor Shennong's cup of boiling water, tea has been recognized by cultures around the world for its capacity to soothe, restore and refresh.
