With that in mind, think about how you spend your money each month.  How much of your budget supports your body’s health and well-being?  It’s probably not nearly as much as your home, but what about your cell phone, your car, travel expenses, entertainment, groceries or dining out?  If your body's health is not where you want it to be, then you might want to move it up the list of monthly priorities.
