12-16 oz of soyorrice milk
1 banana broken into pieces, then frozen overnight
1 Cocoa VitaShake

Mary’s Cocoa VitaShake Balls (nutritious, delicious and high in fiber)
2 Cups Almonds (soak in water 1hr)
1 1/2 Cups Dates (soak in water 1h)
1 Packet Cocoa VitaShake
Optional Ingredients:
Peanut butter
Shredded coconut
Vanilla
Dried cranberries (great for Christmas time)
Sea Salt
Almond milk or Rice Milk
Mix together in a food processor Almonds and Dates. Add 1/2 packet of the cocoa VitaShake. Add enough liquid (water from the soaked almonds or dates, or almond milk or rice milk) to make the mixture a thick consistency.
Then mix in any of the optional ingredients to taste. Roll the mixture into quarter size balls. Then roll the balls in the remaining packet of VitaShake. If the balls are too moist you can dry in the food dehydrator at 95 degrees. Makes about 50 balls.
